Gabriel Roberts Killed in Richmond Bicycle Accident on Highway 80
Gabriel Roberts ID’d as Bicyclist Hit and Killed by Several Vehicles on Highway 80 near Richmond Parkway in Richmond
Richmond, California (November 25, 2019) – The Contra Costa County Coroner’s Office has identified the bicyclist who was struck and killed by several vehicles Saturday night on Highway 80 in Richmond as Gabriel Roberts, 26.
The deadly accident happened at about 8:15 p.m. Saturday, November 23 on westbound Interstate 80, just east of the Richmond Parkway.
The California Highway Patrol said Roberts, a transient, was riding a bicycle on westbound Interstate 80 when he was first hit by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene.
Roberts was then struck by several other vehicles.

Roberts died in the crash.
