Fullerton, California (January 27, 2021) – A woman was killed and three other people were injured Wednesday morning in a traffic accident in Fullerton, according to a local news source.

The deadly crash, which involved four vehicles, happened at around 10:00 a.m. on Magnolia Avenue near Valencia Drive, authorities reported.

According to the authorities, a 36-year-old man was driving erratically northbound on Magnolia Avenue when, for undetermined reasons,  his 2005 Chevrolet Silverado drifted into the opposite lane and collided with a Toyota Corolla that heading southbound.

The Silverado then rolled over and slammed into a 2010 Ford Edge that was also traveling southbound on Magnolia. The force of the impact caused the Corolla to spin and crash into a 2006 Nissan Altima.

Deadly Car Accident on Magnolia Avenue in Fullerton

Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and extricated the Corolla driver and passenger from the wreckage.

The Corolla driver, a 21-year-old woman, and her 18-year-old passenger were then taken to a local hospital where the driver was pronounced dead, and the passenger was listed in critical condition.

The driver of the Silverado sustained life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital. The Ford’s driver, a 50-year-old man, was transported to the hospital with critical injuries.

The names of the deceased and the injured parties have not been disclosed. It was not immediately clear whether alcohol or drugs played a role in the crash.
