Fresno County, California (May 14, 2021) – At least one person was injured Wednesday morning in a hit-and-run accident at an intersection in Fresno County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
At about 5:39 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, authorities received a report about the crash in the area of Dinuba and Peach avenues.
According to the CHP, a Chevrolet collided with a Honda Accord at the intersection of East Dinuba and South Peach avenues, near Bowles.
One occupant of the Honda sustained unspecified injuries as a result of the crash. The name and condition of the patient at this time were not disclosed.
The driver of the Chevrolet did not stop to render aid and fled the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
