William Mullin Jr. Killed in Fresno Traffic Collision at Shaw and Del Mar Avenues

Fresno, California (January 3, 2021) – The Fresno driver who died following a traffic collision at an intersection in Fresno early Friday morning has been identified as 31-year-old William Mullin Jr.
The deadly single-vehicle accident was reported just after 1:00 a.m., on January 1, at Shaw and Del Mar avenues.
A Ford Mustang driven by Mullin Jr. lost control at the Fresno intersection and crashed into a curb on New Year’s Day.
Due to the impact, the Mustang struck a brick retaining wall and a tree before becoming airborne.

Despite life-saving measures from paramedics, Mullin was pronounced dead at the crash site.
Meanwhile, a 35-year-old passenger was hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the mishap.
Officials believed intoxication was a factor in the wreck.
The deadly crash remains under investigation.
