Fresno, California (June 16, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the circumstances that led to a suspected hit-and-run accident that left one person injured in Fresno Monday evening.
The pedestrian crash happened in the area of South Peach Avenue and East Kings Canyon Road near the Sunnyside High School at around 6:10 p.m.
An individual was reportedly struck by a vehicle whose driver fled the scene after the collision.
