1 Hospitalized after Fresno Crash on Highway 180
Fresno, California (February 2, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Tuesday afternoon traffic accident that left one person injured in Fresno.
The minor injury accident happened at about 3:00 p.m. on Chestnut exit on westbound Highway 180.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling on the highway when it lost control, overturned and landed off the roadway.
Following the collision, the driver was trapped in the wreckage and was extricated by the first responders.

The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Drugs or alcohol were not suspected of having played a role in the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
