Man Killed in Fresno Pedestrian Accident near McKinley and West avenues
Fresno, California (December 30, 2019) – A male party in his 70’s was struck and killed by a train in the area of Central Fresno on Sunday night.
The fatal collision happened on December 29 near McKinley and West avenues.
Police said the male victim was at the tracks at the time of the collision. The initial report indicated that the train conductor saw him at the tracks and attempted to warn him, but he didn’t respond.
The victim was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, the name of the deceased has not yet been released to this time.
The investigation is underway.
