At Least 1 Sustains Major Injuries in Fresno Crash at Central Avenue and Temperance Avenue

Fresno, CA: At Least 1 Seriously Injured in Traffic Collision at Central and Temperance Avenues

Fresno, California (July 23, 2021) – At least one person suffered major injuries when two pickup trucks collided at an intersection in Fresno, the California Highway Patrol reported.

The incident was reported at about 7:55 a.m. at E Central Avenue and S Temperance Avenue.

CHP officers said a silver Chevrolet pickup truck and a silver Ford pickup truck collided under unclear circumstances.

Both vehicles went off the roadway, ending up in the nearby field. Debris from the crash was scattered in the roadway.

Firefighters responded to the scene and helped an occupant of one of the cars get out of the vehicle.

The report said at least one person suffered major injuries in the crash. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to offer medical aid to the victim.

Both vehicles were towed away from the scene.

CHP is investigating the collision.
