Fresno DUI Crash at Ashlan and Angus Avenues Sends 1 to Hospital
Fresno, California (October 21, 2020) – Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led to an alleged DUI car Collision at an intersection in Fresno Monday night.
At about 10:30 p.m., October 20, officials responded to the crash site in the area of Ashlan and Angus avenues.
As per the dispatch, a vehicle of unspecified make and built driven recklessly near the intersection slammed into a parked car. Due to the impact, the parked automobile reportedly overturned.
One unidentified person was pinned inside the wreckage upon the impact of the collision.
Fresno Accident Monday Night
The victim was rescued by Firefighters and then rushed to an area hospital for treatment of moderate injuries.
Meanwhile, police arrested the motorist who instigated the wreck on suspicion of DUI.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
