Ridgecrest, California (October 21, 2020) – Authorities have identified the victim who died following a two-vehicle collision Sunday night in Ridgecrest as 31-year-old Richard L. Dorsey III.
The deadly accident was reported at about 8:20 p.m., October 18, on East Bowman Road at Lumill Road.
The mishap involved an off-road vehicle driven by Dorsey and another vehicle of unspecified make and built.
