Minor Injuries Sustained in Fremont Car Crash on Interstate 680 near highway 262
Fremont, California (May 24, 2021) – Minor injuries were sustained in a car collision that took place Sunday afternoon in Fremont, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported at about 5:12 p.m. on southbound Interstate 680 near Highway 262.
A red Jeep Liberty and a Lincoln car collided under unclear circumstances.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help the motorists involved, including one male party who said he lost his glasses in the crash.
As per the paramedics, only minor injuries were sustained. It was not mentioned if any person was hospitalized.
Both vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
