Two Drivers Hurt in Fountain Valley Car Crash on Bushard Street and Talbert Avenue
Fountain Valley, California (June 26, 2019) – Two drivers were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday morning in Fountain Valley, according to police.
The incident was reported at about 8:45 a.m. on Bushard Street and Talbert Avenue.
Police said a Buick Century sedan was traveling eastbound on Talbert Street when it broadsided a Nissan Versa hatchback that was making a turn from Talbert onto Bushard.
Two Hurt in Fountain Valley Car Crash
The driver of the Nissan was transported to a hospital with critical injuries and was said to be in stable condition.
The driver of the Buick was hospitalized with a major leg fracture.
The identities of the involved drivers were not released. The drivers were the only occupants of their vehicles at the time of the collision.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
