Fontana, California (July 24, 2021) – One person died after being struck by a vehicle Friday evening in Fontana, the California Highway Patrol said.

The deadly pedestrian crash happened on Ontario (15) Freeway just before 9:45 p.m. on July 23.

An individual was reportedly struck by a semi-truck on the southbound side of the interstate for undetermined reasons.

Fatal Fontana Pedestrian Accident

As per the report, the pedestrian died at Kaiser Permanente Hospital while undergoing treatment.
