Fallbrook, California (June 24, 2021) – A Fallbrook accident involving two vehicles on June 23 injured at least one person, the California Highway Patrol said.

The alleged hit-and-run collision happened at Elder Street and Mission Road just about 8:50 a.m.

As per the CHP report, a black Jeep crashed with a silver Ford Explorer at the intersection under unclear circumstances.

At least one person was hurt following the collision.

The detectives handling the case are gathering more evidence to locate one of the drivers who caused the accident and escaped the scene.
