Eureka, CA: Pedestrian Hospitalized After Being Hit by Vehicle on 5th Street
Eureka Accident on 5th Street Critically Injures 54-Year-Old Eureka Man

Eureka, California (March 3, 2021) – According to a report by the Eureka police, a 54-year-old Eureka man sustained critical injuries after being involved in a Eureka Accident Tuesday night.
The pedestrian crash was reported at night hours in the 1500 block of 5th Street (Northbound US Highway 101).
A vehicle operated by a 20-year-old Arcata man hit the Eureka man for reasons still under investigation.
The Arcata man remained at the crash site and cooperated with the investigation.
Eureka Pedestrian Crash Tuesday Night
The pedestrian sustained critical injuries and was rushed to an area hospital for medication.
Intoxication was not considered as a factor in this mishap.
The accident remains under investigation.
