1 Injured in Eureka Car Accident at Myrtle Avenue and Ole Hansen Road Wednesday
Eureka, California (July 31, 2019) – A person was injured Wednesday afternoon in a traffic accident involving three vehicles at an intersection in the Freshwater community, according to a local news source.
The wreck was reported shortly before 4:00 p.m. in the area of Myrtle Avenue and Ole Hansen Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a white Kia Soluto, a black Toyota and a tan Ford Ranger collided for undetermined reasons at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Ole Hansen Road.
As a result of the collision, one of the vehicles involved sustained front-end damage and another had front-end and rear-end damage.
Minor-Injury Multi-Car Crash in Freshwater, July 31
Firefighters along with the paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to one person who sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash. It was immediately unclear if the patient was taken to a hospital for further treatment.
The name and condition of the victim were not immediately disclosed.
The crash remains under investigation.
