Erik Malmin Killed in Car Accident on Vallecito Road near Highway 4 in Angels Camp
Angels Camp, California (April 12, 2021) – A man who was killed in a car crash in Angels Camp, Calaveras County, on Saturday morning has been identified.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 3:45 a.m. April 10, on Vallecito Road near Highway 4.
30-year-old Erik Malmin was driving a Chevrolet Suburban northbound on Vallecito Road when he lost control at a curve and rolled down an embankment.
Malmin was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
