Eric Johnson Dies in American Canyon Accident on Highway 29 near Kimberly Drive
American Canyon, California (May 8, 2021) – A man riding a bike died following an accident where he was struck by a vehicle on Highway 29 in American Canyon early Friday Morning, according to the police.
The accident happened near Kimberly Drive at around 12:22 a.m. May 7.
Eric Bernard Johnson, 52, of Solano County was riding a bike in the slow northbound lane of Highway 29 when he was hit by a minivan.

Police said Johnson was riding a bike without lights and was wearing dark clothing. He had bags of items hanging from the bike’s handlebars when the accident occurred.
Johnson was killed in the crash.
