Emmerik Leah Injured in Los Gatos Crash on Highway 17 near Hamilton Avenue

Los Gatos, California (January 6, 2019) – 34-year-old Emmerik Leah was injured after a traffic collision in Los Gatos Saturday afternoon in the area of Los Gatos, Santa Clara County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 3:34 p.m. Saturday, January 5, on northbound Highway 17, just south of Hamilton Avenue off-ramp.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation. A vehicle that was on the left-hand shoulder of the roadway was smoking following the collision.
An ambulance was sent to the scene and transported Leah to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries.
The vehicles sustained significant damage following the accident.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
