One Person Injured in El Monte Crash on Stewart Street
El Monte, California (March 24, 2021) – One person was injured in a Sunday morning traffic accident in El Monte, authorities said.
The accident occurred at about 3:30 a.m., on March 21, in the 11300 block of Stewart Street.
According to the officials, a vehicle crashed into an Edison pole for undetermined reasons.
First responders arrived at the scene and extricated one victim who was trapped in the vehicle.
The patient was transported to County USC Medical Center for treatment in an unknown condition.
More details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
