1 Injured in El Dorado Hills Crash at Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway

El Dorado Hills, California (July 19, 2021) – One person was injured Saturday night in a traffic crash near the Mormon Island Wetlands State Park in El Dorado Hills, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 9:08 p.m. Saturday, July 17, near the intersection of Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway.
CHP said four vehicles collided under unclear circumstances.

One person was transported to UC Davis Medical Center with minor injuries. The name of the victim and their condition were not immediately disclosed.
The intersection of Green Valley Road and Sophia Parkway was blocked while the investigation took place.
The crash remains under investigation.
