1 Injured in El Cerrito Car Crash on 80 Freeway near Cutting Boulevard
Oakland, California (February 1, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating a multi-vehicle collision that left at least one person injured in Oakland on Sunday morning.
The accident happened along the westbound lanes of Interstate 80 Freeway near Cutting Boulevard at about 11:57 a.m. January 31.
Three vehicles were reportedly involved in the collision. Although the manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established, the impact of the crash caused one of the vehicles to overturn onto its roof.
The authorities said at least one person was injured in the accident and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment in an unknown condition.
