Person Killed in El Centro Pedestrian Accident on Fourth Street and Desert Garden Drive
El Centro, California (February 28, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in El Centro early Thursday morning, according to the El Centro Police Department.
The crash took place at about 12:29 a.m. on Fourth Street and Desert Garden Drive.
It’s unclear how the pedestrian was hit.
Police confirmed that the victim died of their injuries.
The driver involved reportedly remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.
Police did not identify the driver and the pedestrian involved in the accident.
The investigation is ongoing.
