Driver, Passenger Injured in Crash at OIive Avenue and Sunnyside Avenue in Fresno
2 Injured in Fresno Car Crash at OIive Avenue and Sunnyside Avenue
Fresno, California (October 12, 2020) – A driver and a passenger were injured when a vehicle they were in crashed into a tractor-trailer in southeast Fresno on Monday morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 6:30 a.m. near OIive and Sunnyside avenues.
A vehicle was traveling eastbound on Olive Avenue when it crashed into the trailer of a truck that was making a left turn onto Sunnyside.
The two men inside the car were seriously injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital for treatment.
The truck driver was unhurt.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the crash.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
