Douglas City, California (July 12, 2021) – At least one person was hurt following an alleged hit-and-run collision in Douglas City Saturday evening, July 10.

The California Highway Patrol responded to the two-vehicle crash site at about just before 6:00 p.m. on State Route 299 at Riffle Lane.

The circumstances that led to the collision of the two automobiles in the evening hours were not immediately established at the report time.

As per the CHP report, the accident left one unidentified person with unspecified injuries.
