Torrance, California (October 8, 2019) – A woman was injured in a hit-and-run collision on Monday morning in Torrance, according to a local news source.
The rash happened at about 5:30 a.m. October 7, on Vermont Avenue.
According to the news source, Diane Castillo was walking across the street with her two dogs when they were hit by a vehicle.
The driver involved fled the scene after the incident.

One of her dogs was killed in the crash.
The Torrance Police Department is searching for the hit-and-run driver.
