Desert Center, California (February 27, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday morning motorcycle accident that left one person injured in Desert Center.
The accident occurred at about 11:30 a.m., on February 26, at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway off Highway 177, just north of Interstate 10.
According to the officials, the rider collided on the race track in unclear circumstances.
The rider sustained moderate injuries and was airlifted to a hospital for treatment.
