Davis, CA: Multi-Vehicle Accident on Interstate 80
3 Injured in Davis Collision on Interstate 80
Davis, California (March 27, 2020) – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision that occurred on Thursday afternoon near Davis, according to the CHP.
The crash occurred at about 2:40 p.m. March 26, on the Yolo Causeway east of Davis.
According to CHP, the crash involved three vehicles. A black sport-utility vehicle overturned as a result of the wreck while a compact car burst into flames.
3 Injured in Davis Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-80
Three people were taken to the hospital. At least one of the patients had major injuries.
Three lanes were blocked as crews examined and cleared the scene.
No further details were released.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation.
