1 Possibly Hurt in Clovis Wrong-Way Accident at Academy and Herndon Avenues

Clovis, California (May 30, 2019) – At least one person was possibly hurt in a traffic crash in Clovis Wednesday night.
The collision was occurred at around 8:53 p.m. May 29, in the area of North Academy and East Herndon avenues.
The California Highway Patrol report indicated that a gold Chevrolet Malibu collided with a white Crossover at the intersection for unknown reasons. Initial report indicated that one of the cars involved was driving on the wrong-way during the time of the collision.
At least one person was reported to have suffered injuries following the wreck. The victim was attended to by the paramedic along with the Fire department officials.
The name and current condition of the patient remain unknown to this time.
The wreck resulted in the closure of the northbound lanes while officials conducted the investigation.
Meanwhile, the accident remains under an active investigation.
