4 Hurt in City of Industry Car Van Accident at Valley Boulevard and Stimson Avenue
City of Industry, California (May 11, 2019) – Several people were injured in a traffic collision in City of Industry Friday afternoon.
The crash occurred at approximately 1:00 p.m. May 7, in the area of Valley Boulevard and Stimson Avenue.
As per the officials’ report, the collision involved two vehicles: a car, and a medical transport van which crashed at the intersection for reasons still under investigation. Due to the impact of the collision, the car overturned at the middle of the highway.
At least four people were injured following the accident. All the injured parties were attended to by paramedics who arrived at the scene shortly after the crash. Three of the four victims were rushed to the hospital for further medication and evaluation. The unidentified patients were listed to be in critical condition.
The medical van sustained significant damages as a result of the collision.
The accident is still under an active investigation.
