Christopher Harter Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash on Highway 150 in Ventura County
Christopher Harter ID’d as Man Killed in Ventura County Crash on Highway 150 and Santa Ana Road
Ventura County, California (April 27, 2021) – The Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Bureau has identified the man who died Thursday afternoon following a car crash near Lake Casitas as Christopher Harter, 68, of Ojai.
The deadly accident happened just after 3:00 p.m., on April 23, west of the intersection of Highway 150 and Santa Ana Road.
According to the authorities, a Smart car veered off the roadway and flipped on its side.
First responders arrived at the scene and found Harter pinned underneath the overturned vehicle. Sadly, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Further details about the accident were not immediately available.
The crash remains under investigation.
