36-Year-Old Woman Killed in Chollas View Car Crash on 47th Street and Hilltop Drive
Chollas View, California (March 19, 2019) – A 36-year-old female driver was killed in an accident involving two vehicles on Monday afternoon in Chollas View, according to the authorities.
The incident took place at about 2:30 p.m. March 18, at the Intersection of 47th Street and Hilltop, south of Highway 94 near Holy Cross Cemetery.
Police said a 62-year-old female driver in a Camry was heading west on Hilltop Drive when she failed to stop for a red light and struck a Red Camry driven by a 36-year-old woman.
Woman Killed in Chollas View Car Crash
The 36-year-old woman was taken to a hospital, where she died from the injuries.
The other driver was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
