Child Injured in Car Accident on Highway 99 near Almond Avenue in Madera
Madera, California (April 5, 2021) – A child was injured in a car crash in Madera on Sunday afternoon, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened along the southbound lanes of Highway 99 near East Almond Avenue at about 3:08 p.m. April 4.
A Chrysler van and a black Toyota were involved in the collision. The events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
As per the CHP reports, a juvenile in one of the cars was injured in the accident and was rushed to an area hospital for treatment.
