1 Person Dies after Chico Pedestrian Crash on Nord Avenue at La Linda Lane
Chico, California (September 12, 2020) – A pedestrian was hit and killed by a vehicle on Friday night in Chico, police said.
The deadly accident transpired at about 9:15 p.m., on September 11, on Nord Avenue at La Linda Lane.
According to the authorities, the pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and found the pedestrian unresponsive

The pedestrian was transported to a hospital with major injuries. Unfortunately, the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The roadway was closed for about five hours due to the accident.
