Two Killed, Two Injured in Chatsworth Crash on DeSoto Avenue
Chatsworth, California (February 17, 2019) – Two people were killed and two others were injured Sunday afternoon in a traffic accident in Chatsworth, according to authorities.
Authorities said the fatal accident occurred at around 3:30 p.m. in the 9500 block of DeSoto Avenue and involved two vehicles.
Details are extremely limited at this time and its unknown what caused the crash.
Two people were declared dead at the scene. Their names have not been released pending identification and notification of family.
Two other people, one of whom was trapped inside one of the vehicles involved, were transported to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately disclosed.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
