Man Killed in Ceres Tricycle Crash on Service and Moffet Roads
Ceres, California (April 29, 2019) – A man was killed in a vehicle vs tricycle accident that occurred on Sunday night in Ceres, according to the CHP.
The wreck was reported at about 8:45 p.m. April 28, on Service and Moffet roads.
According to a preliminary investigation, Yadira Flores, 32, of Ceres, was driving a Lexus eastbound on Service Road when she rear-ended a man on a motorized tricycle. The impact ejected the rider from the tricycle and threw him onto the windshield of the Lexus before he fell onto the ground.

The Ceres police officers who responded to the incident assisted in performing life-saving measures on the victim, but he succumbed to his injuries at about 8:55 p.m. at the scene.
The driver of the Lexus stayed at the scene after the crash.
The CHP is investigating the wreck.
