Ceres, CA: Fatal 2-Car Crash on Hatch Road near Central Avenue
1 Killed, 2 Injured in Ceres Car Accident on Hatch Road near Central Avenue
Ceres, California (May 18, 2020) – Authorities are investigating a Monday morning car accident that killed at least one person and left two others injured in Ceres.
The crash happened on eastbound Hatch Road near Central Avenue.
As per the police reports, a red sedan, for unknown reasons, crossed over the center divider into the pathway of oncoming traffic. The sedan was then struck by a pickup truck.

The sedan driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Two occupants in the pickup truck were transported to a hospital in unknown conditions.
Drugs or alcohol were not believed to have played a role in the crash.
Following the accident traffic on Westbound Hatch Road was stopped for an unknown period.
The crash remains under investigation.
