Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Castro Valley Crash on Lake Chabot Road
Castro Valley, California (October 16, 2017) – A motorcyclist sustained major injuries Wednesday night after colliding with a car on Lake Chabot Road in Castro Valley, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash took place at about 7:39 p.m. Wednesday in the area of 20259 Lake Chabot Road and Castro Valley Boulevard.
According to the CHP, a Suzuki motorcycle collided with a silver 2008 Honda Accord.
First responders found the rider down in the roadway screaming. According to the report, the motorcyclist suffered major injuries in the collision.
A tow truck was called to the scene to carry the bike.
No additional information was provided.
The crash is under investigation.
