Minor Injuries Sustained in Castro Valley Crash at Quail Avenue and Lake Chabot Road
Castro Valley, California (January 8, 2019) – Minor injuries were reported after a two-vehicle collision Monday evening in the area of Castro Valley, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 5:28 p.m. Monday, January 7 at Quail Avenue and Chabot Road.
As per the CHP officials, two vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.
An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
One of the vehicles sustained front-end damage following the collision.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
Officials closed both lanes at the intersection following the accident.
