Casey Jolly ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Baker Accident on Interstate 15 near Afton Canyon Road
Baker, California (April 7, 2019) – The pedestrian who was struck and killed by a vehicle Saturday evening in rural Baker has been identified as Casey Jolly, 42, of Temecula, according to the San Bernardino County Sherrif-Coroner.
The deadly accident took place at around 4:38 p.m. Saturday, April 6 on Interstate 15, just north of Afton Canyon Road.
Authorities said Jolly was hit by a semi-tractor trailer rig on the southbound lanes of Interstate 15.

Jolly was declared dead at the scene.
No other details were immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation by the Barstow office of the California Highway Patrol.
