Minor Injuries Sustained in Carlsbad Crash on 5 Freeway near Palomar Airport Road
Carlsbad, California (October 17, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after a two-vehicle collision early Thursday morning in the area of Carlsbad, San Diego County, according to the authorities.
The crash happened at around 12:00 a.m. Thursday, on 5 Freeway, south of Palomar Airport Boulevard.
As per the CHP officials, a white Toyota Tacoma and a white pickup truck crashed for reasons still under investigation. The Toyota was down an embankment on the right-hand shoulder of the roadway after the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the crash victims. The number of injured parties and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
