Carlos Serrano, Cesar Nino, Miguel Saravia Killed in Head-On Crash on Valley Center Road in San Diego County
Carlos Serrano, Cesar Nino and Miguel Saravia ID’d as Three Killed in San Diego County Car Accident on Valley Center Road and Lake Wohlford

San Diego County, California (February 13, 2019) – Authorities have identified the three men who were killed early Tuesday morning in a head-on collision in Valley Center as Carlos Bravo Serrano, 30, Cesar Daniel Nino, 22, and Miguel Angel Saravia, 44, all of Escondido.
The deadly crash took place at about 6:13 a.m. Tuesday, February 12 on Valley Center Road.
Police said Saravia was driving a white Ford F-150 pickup truck southbound on Valley Center Road when he passed a vehicle in front of him and drove into the southbound lane, where the Ford collided head-on with a tow truck.
Saravia and his two passengers in the back seat, Serrano and Nino, were all pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics.
The driver of the tow truck sustained minor injuries and was taken to Palomar Medical Center.
No other details were immediately available and the crash remains under investigation.
