Carlos Robles Killed in Long Beach Pedestrian Crash at Pacific Coast Highway and Caspian Avenue

Long Beach, California (February 4, 2020) – 29-year-old Carlos Robles of Carson has been identified as the pedestrian killed in a traffic collision Sunday night in the area of Long Beach, according to authorities.
The deadly crash occurred at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, February 2nd at Pacific Coast Highway and Caspian Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, Robles was walking north across PCH outside of a marked crosswalk when they were hit by a westbound Toyota Camry.
A second vehicle described as a red Chevrolet Tahoe reportedly hit the pedestrian a second time before fleeing the scene. The Chevrolet was later found abandoned in Lomita.
Deadly Pedestrian Crash in Long Beach
The Toyota driver, identified as a 56-year-old Wilmington man, remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
Robles died in the collision.
