Calimesa, CA: At Least 1 Hospitalized after 10 Freeway Crash
At Least 1 Injured in Calimesa Collision on 10 Freeway near County Line Road
Calimesa, California (June 3, 2021) – The California Highway Patrol said at least one person was injured in a traffic collision that transpired Wednesday night in Calimesa.
According to CHP, the incident happened at about 8:13 p.m. on eastbound 10 Freeway near County Line Road.
Reportedly, a Honda Civic collided with a semi-truck for unknown reasons.
The Civic was partially trapped under the semi, and at least one person, only identified as an elderly male, was injured and trapped inside.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help the victims. At least one person suffered minor injuries in the crash.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the collision.
