Brentwood, CA: Juvenile Hurt in Traffic Crash at Vasco Road and Walnut Boulevard
At Least 1 Injured in Brentwood Collision on Vasco Road and Walnut Boulevard
Brentwood, California (July 1, 2021) – A juvenile was injured in a car crash that happened Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Brentwood, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision occurred at around 5:26 p.m. at Vasco Road and Walnut Boulevard.
CHP said a GMC Yukon collided with an Infiniti SUV at the intersection under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters responded to the scene to find a juvenile complaining of pain to the stomach. The elderly male driver of the GMC Yukon was also possibly injured.
Firefighters requested an ambulance to transport the minor to the hospital.
The Infiniti was towed away with front-end damage and a broken left wheel, and the GMC with front-end damage.
CHP is investigating to establish the cause of the wreck.
