At Least 1 Killed in Brea Motorcycle Accident on Orange (57) Freeway at Imperial Highway

Brea, California (March 19, 2021) – A crash involving a motorcycle has claimed the life of at least one person Thursday evening in Brea, authorities said.
The deadly motorcycle accident happened at around 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 18, in the southbound lane of Orange (57) Freeway at Imperial Highway.
Details on what led up to the collision were not immediately disclosed.
At least one person died in the crash. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
No one else was hurt in the accident.
A SigAlert was issued at around 6:40 p.m. for the closure of the carpool and Nos. 1 and 2 lanes. As of 7:37 p.m., all lanes were reopened.
The crash remains under investigation.
