2 Injured, 1 Critically in Boyle Heights Crash on 10 Freeway near Soto Street
Boyle Heights, California (June 18, 2021) – Authorities are investigating a Friday evening multi-vehicle accident that left two people injured, one critically in Boyle Heights.
The major injury accident transpired at about 5:20 p.m. on the westbound San Bernardino (10) Freeway near Soto Street.
According to the officials, at least three to four vehicles collided on the roadway in unclear circumstances.
First responders arrived at the scene and freed the trapped parties from the wreckage.
One was listed in critical condition, and the other was reported to be in fair condition. They were all hospitalized for treatment.
Traffic on the roadway was stopped for an unknown period due to the accident.
The crash remains under investigation.
