Boron, CA: Traffic Collision involving Big Rig on Highway 58
1 Hospitalized after Boron Big Rig Collision on Highway 58 near Highway 395
Boron, California (October 11, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a traffic crash involving a big rig Thursday evening in Boron, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The incident happened at about 7:10 p.m. on eastbound Highway 58, just west of Highway 395.
According to CHP, a Chevrolet Malibu collided with a big rig for unknown reasons. The Malibu overturned onto its side in the crash.
An occupant of the Malibu sustained major injuries and was taken to Antelope Valley Hospital for treatment.

A tow truck was needed to remove the Malibu from the crash scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
