Bonita, California (June 24, 2021) – A Bonita crash involving a red Nissan Armada and a propane truck Tuesday afternoon sent one person to the hospital.

The two-vehicle collision occurred in the area of Avenue 14 and Road 19 at approximately 1:59 p.m. on June 22.

The California Highway Patrol did not immediately establish how the collision occurred at the intersection in the afternoon hours.

One unidentified person was hurt and was rushed to the Community Regional Medical Center for medication.

The crash resulted in the closure of the intersection for an unknown time.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
