Bicyclist Hit and Hurt by Vehicle on E Avenue and Olive Street in Hesperia ID’d as Derrianna Daniels
Derrianna Daniels Injured in Hesperia Accident at E Avenue and Olive Street
Hesperia, California (March 22, 2021) – The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station has identified 22-year-old Derrianna Daniels as the bicyclist who was injured in a traffic collision Friday afternoon in Hesperia.
Authorities said the crash happened just before 1 p.m. at E Avenue and Olive Street.
A vehicle driven by 55-year-old Laura Byrd westbound on Olive Street struck Daniels while riding northbound on southbound E Avenue on March 19.
Hesperia Bicycle Crash Injures Derrianna Daniels
Daniels sustained moderate injuries and was flown to an area hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, no other person was hurt in the mishap.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
